  1. True. During her reign, she let 60 countries go and become their own nations with their own political system. Unfortunately, that part is either unknown or conveniently ignored, because it doesn't fit the haters' narrative. They have no problem hating on the monarchy, but God forbid you criticize their own overlord: capitalism.
