  1. Not sure why you claim that Finland stole the US' Housing First program when housing first was literally pioneered by the Italians in the 19th century and Finland has been doing it since at least 1924, whereas the US isn't even doing it nowadays.

  8. He didn't skip it. Besides, we habmve enough empty appartments to house all homeless citizens and immigrants combined. Lack of buildings isn't an issue at all. The issue is the inequal distribution of all resources (housing, food, water, ..., everything).
