Dude, he posted classified info on a public social media website.
3
@tastypymp1287 "It is your existential fear of weather that they exploit.": You don't know the difference between weather and climate and it shows.
3
Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
2
Yeah, his stupidity sure is legendary. Posting classified info on a public online forum that can easily be tracked down by the average Joe with internet access.
2
@tastypymp1287 "The debate that ensues always comes down to one critical question. Was it our fault? Or was it coincidental?": Nah, that just proves that you fundamentally lack the critical thinking to look at science and data without relying on your personal bias. That is stopping you from understanding science.
2
@Deathmare235 "He showed us the truth he’s a good man": Wrong. He is a traitor who put the lives of his fellow servicemen and -women at risk for personal gain. He shouldn't be allowed to continue to serve in any shape of form for the nation and its military.
1
@cynthialobo1500 "He did not think about the consequences due to his very young age.": If he's old enough to serve and given special clearance, he is old enough to know what crime he committed. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time!
1
And he got the clearance as a 19 year old in 2021.

I don't speak nearly enough Japanese to explain a scientific topic as complicated as climate science to you, but we have data that goes back way further than just 1940. Geologists and other scientists are involved in that. We're talking hundreds of thousands of years! Climate change is real, whether any of the deniers believe it or not. The majority of us scientists are fully aware of the data and its implications and a vast majority of us agree with the conclusions drawn from it. Climate is continuously heating up ever since the industrial revolution and it's only getting worse and in a shorter period of time.
1
You wouldn't say that if he weren't a white, christian man.
1
@jd4278 "It is normal to give high-level clearance to young military personnel in the right units": This case proofs that that shouldn't be the case.
1
Yeah, and back in 2021. He was a teenager back then.
1
@alexrockstone9035 @Alex Rockstone: You'll only see the light and the truth after you pull your empty head outta Putin's wet @$$.
1
True. I wish central, southern and eastern europeans were more like you French people.
1
"We’ve had centuries to figure it out": Do your research. We knew in 1856, but unfortunately people didn't believe the scientist, because she was a woman.
1
@tastypymp1287 "Science doesn't demand belief and woke politics are unwelcome.": Coming from someone who clearly lacks reading comprehension skills to even understand what I wrote. --> The problem is that deniers base their opinion on believe, rather than science. Us scientists have large amounts of data to back up the fact that climate change is real and that it's continuously getting hotter, whether you agree with it or not. This has nothing to do with "woke politics", as you claim. There are people knowing the science behind it and then there are people like you, disagreeing with people who back the science and therefore the science itself.
1
@tastypymp1287 "Very clever phrasing but entirely false.": Citation needed. You don't have any arguments in any of your replies, it's truly pathetic of you.
1
@tastypymp1287 "humans get very anxious.": That's not an argument when scientist use the scientific method and spend decades of their lives compiling massive amounts of data into statistical models based on said data.
1
@tastypymp1287 "It creates an existential fear.": The only one afraid here is you. That's why you are so eager to deny reality.
1
@tastypymp1287 "'Denial' is the accusation of the bi[...] zea[...].": False. Until you provide data that proves that over 97% of scientist, who fully understand and agree with what the science says about climate change, are wrong. Again, there are massive amounts of data proving those scientists right, so it is up to you to provide evidence of the opposite. Such is the scientific method.
1
@tastypymp1287 "And recorded chronicles go back even further and note the same phenomena.": You provide no data and there aren't any "chronicles" that go back hundreds of thousands of years. Do you even know who climate science is done? Also, what "phenomena" are you talking about?
1
@tastypymp1287 "You accuse me of what you yourself are guilty of.": Lol, how many more times are you going to reply without ever presenting any evidence?
