  2. I'm here for it. Maybe eventually humans will come to their senses and not build on sand banks. No other landcreature is stupid enough to do that, but humans.

  4. It's a great idea when you plan to commit insurance fraud, which is what this is. The owner will be rewarded for it via our tax payer money.

  5. I'm sorry. I fail to see what is good about my taxed being used to rebuild property on a sand bank every year, especially with climate change getting worse. Eventually the house won't just drift away into the Atlantic, it'll be a dozen of feet underwater just like the rest of the coast line.
