"Pay special attention to corporate power and how it undermines democracy.": That happens in all forms of capitalism, including your preferred variant called "local garage capitalism" (let's abbreviate it to "LGC" for the time being). LGC is how Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos got started in the 90s, meaning it's nothing but a gateway to what you call "corporate capitalism". All of those things you mentioned are just different stages of the same broken system known as capitalism, because capitalism itself grew out of feudalism. "locally provided and produced goods and services on a market place that serves the local community": Keeping it local wouldn't get you far under global capitalism, because you'll first (eventually) run out of customers, which would lead to overproduction and put you into debt, and after that you won't be able to turn a profit for a while and taxes and other costs would crush your company whatever that would be (even if it's just a "mom and pa' shop"). "Be less toxic.": I will as soon as you'll be living in the real world and think your own concepts and ideas through to the very end.
