You did the right thing. It was always just gonna get worse. If your partner isn't actively listening to you, that's usually the first red flag.

@ @patsy : I'm so sorry. Is there any way for you to get rid of him? Can you throw him out of the house somehow? (My fear is that you are forced to clean after him. Most men are manbabies because of how they are raised by their parents and sometimes a very phallocentric culture adds to that. It's hard for men to change as adults.)

Yes. It's also really weird that the founding fathers didn't think of that first. Trump isn't just your average felon, he has committed multiple crime schemes for well over half a century. Literally both his father and his grandfather got rich off of pay-to-play crimes and scaming the gov't to get taxpayer subsidies. That should make him and his entire family unqualified to even run for public office.
