The USWNT has only ever gotten plenty of criticism from scoring too many goals and winning too many games. This fairy tale of yours has blown out of proportion.

The women only got more, because they ACTUALLY WON GAMES, unlike the men. If you cut all of the money the women got from winning and compared that to what men usually got for just playing, then you'd know that men got paid more.

The last (and only thirdd time after 1930 and 2002) they actually moved on beyond the group stage was in 2014. "Men supporting women.": Men have not supported women when it comes to sports. "It's traditional and natural.": It has never been traditional, nor natural. Men took away women's rights and turned them into homemaking slaves. Women had to fight for millenia to get their rights back. That is the "tradition" that you're talking about. The "natural" part can easily be covered: In early history there was no such thing as a (nuclear) family and this can easily be proven by looking at our species' relatives: Usually the males would impregnat a woman and then move on to impregnate other women. Women were always left alone to deal with themselves and the future child. They have always been both gatherers and hunters, just like the men. Men brought no value to the family, because they would never stay.

In the US the women's team gets more viewers, so according to your logic they should have been paid more. However, to answer your question you need to take a look at US Soccer. It's a national org, as opposed to a private comanie or entity, and therefore has to follow federal laws (in theory). That's where equal pay comes in..

Revenue, ticket sales, etc. from tournaments, streams, live tv have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO with the national federation called US Soccer, which is the employer of our national soccer players. As a national org it has to follow federal laws, which include the law that enforces PUBLIC orgs to give equal pay to all workers of equal status in this national org. Can you please accept the facts as they are and not argue on what is clear to absolutely everyone who understands what is actually going on?
