  8.  @melbla3609  True, but as you know: Anything that deviates from a (christian) cis-het marriage would immediately be annulled if republicans win any election in the future and put Project 2025 into place, so unless they are a cis-man with a cis-wife or they are a cis-woman with a trans-wife (aka what right wingers would consider an extremely confused cis-man) they won't have any marriage left anyways.
