If Russia had ever stayed inside their own borders, nothing would have ever happened. Instead they chose to involve themselves al over the world, including Afghanistan and lately (since 2014) Ukraine.

Russia is leading an offensive war against a country (Ukraine) that didn't attack them. What Russia is doing (once again) to Ukrainians is called genocide. Ukraine is defending themselves from a wanna-be global overlord called Putin.

If the Russian military actually cared, they would turn their weapons inwards towards the real source of evil. How can offing Ukrainians be considered "managing (future) affairs"?
