  1. The Columbia accident wouldn't happen to the Dream Chaser, as it sits atop the rocket tank. However, the Challenger accident might happen to it, but only if the tank explodes. The problem is: neither the Space Shuttle nor the Dream Chaser have an escape system if the craft fell apart for some reason.
