  1. Please, do some proper journalism next time!! Naming it "DOGE" has nothing to do with us "elder millenials". This word means nothing to us and it didn't mean anything when we were growing up, either. The REAL reason E-Loon Musk named it that, is because of his obsession with cryptocurrency, one type of coin which is called "doge" [dou:sh], the dog-meme coin. Why? Because he owns countless of those coins and even just mentioning it has increased his own net worth, that of Trump as well as many people in Trump's admin! This is literally a Ponzi scheme, just like all of crypto. As soon as the big fish in the pond leave with the cash, the many small fish will end up with the burden and lose everything they "invested".
