Based on his statement, the police, and the company, here's what I think happened. He gave his sister a car, and the car is in her name despite him having put the initial downpayment on it. The car place said they couldn't quote it for him because the name differs, so he got upset with them and they asked him to leave. Then he said a racial statement towards the guy and that's when the fight started. He got beat up and now calling foul but really he started it. I'm guessing the employee is going to get fired for this too but that's rather unfortunate.
