  1. The wife asked that her husband not be charged for it. I find the double standards somewhat odd. The wife who strangled her children and then tried to jump off the second floor window was portrayed as this poor wife suffering depression and people were chiming in how they felt the same and how they should raise awareness and so on. Yet this doctor guy, who probably suffered some sort of depression got quite a lot of hate and death threats despite having the same issue on a different scale. So why society has this double standard towards men and women?
