  1. I don't think so. If the manager gave permission but didn't tell the employee, then he can't be terminated. He was told no one would be allowed on the stage and he followed that rule correctly.

  2. It sounds like he got the permissions from a manager but the manager didn't tell his employees about it. So I think the guy did right following rules and I think the manager should get into more trouble than the employee.

  3. I think the manager knew about it since the guy asked if he could propose but I don't think the manager told the employee. If he's fired or whatnot, I feel he'd have a valid suit against Disney for wrongful termination.
