  1. I feel like everyone is going to spin this around with they didn't have information or didn't know something. I also think regardless of their response efforts, lives and property would have been lost regardless. Over the years I learned a couple of things: the government will be silent when something dangerous is going to happen, and whenever they're very responsive and talking about this and that, then nothing is actually wrong other than making your life miserable with some sort of restriction or roadblock.
