From what I understand about Seagal's movie making ability is that he takes a script, and later on decides it's not what he was going for. So he goes back and do voice overs. It gets funny because he doesn't correct really dumb things like the one liners that make no sense. No he's going back to change minor things that doesn't really advance any sort of plot or it advances a plot so complex that changing one element of it doesn't really do anything.

You're taking money from an illegal source and trying to make it legal through a middle person. The question is where is the money from? And who is it going to? I mean Seagal isn't exactly living a luxury life and isn't really worth that much money. So I think it makes more sense that he's probably just making bad movies because he likes making movies. Despite him doing this, he still has a good enough following. I mean it's like that one actor Robert Z'Dar who starred in Samurai Cops. He made a career out of making really horrible movies and managed to up until his death.

From what I'm reading about these Seagal's voice overs is because he changed his mind about the plot of the movie. So he says one line, and later on decides that's not what he wanted to say. Which is odd considering he doesn't go back to correct any of the non-sense gibberish he says.

@noahcristian503 the problem with the money laundering thing is that you're taking large sums of cash, and converting it into a "legit" business. So the question is where is the large amount of cash is coming from? And who is it going to? I think more fairly I believe Seagal likes making movies and probably just makes low budget films to keep a job.
