The thing is the entire movie is his own doing. At the start of the film, he's on a mission to kill some arms dealer and this terrorist leader. The mission leaders decide that since the two are in a building, it's easy for them to launch a drone and be able to kill them both. Seagal, for some reason, decides this is a no go because according to him there are innocents in the building. So what does Seagal do? He blasts open the door, and runs back and forth between the door shooting randomly into the building scaring everyone. The two leaders, now knowing there is something going on, runs off in their car. Seagal manages to shoot one but the main villain of the movie runs off still. Seagal, now tries to run away from his mistake but decides to pick up this little girl for no reason. So Seagal anyway managed to get all the innocents killed and on top of that caused the bad guys to escape. Then he goes on a worldwide murder rampage where he decides to get the leader, he has to kill everyone for reasons unclear when he could have simply set up the meeting at the start and meet the bad guy.

I do have to say it looks exactly like what he's saying: he's pile driving the little girl.

@KenMasters. I was watching his movie over the weekend and noticed while chasing a bad guy he had a 1911 pistol and at one point he ran out of ammo and he tossed it out only to reveal a brand new 1911 he had in his shirt. So it’s not that he’s reloading but carrying around multiple guns.

Don't forget a random scene where Seagal and some person does some weird slapping patty cake thing for a uncomfortable amount of time.

I had to rewind that pile drive part. I haven't laughed that hard in a while. Thanks.

I did finally ended up watching this movie. Wow was it bad. I love how at the end Seagal comes over with the 300k and the guy is like you're nothing but the handyman but then he reveals he's the guy that's been going around killing the gang members and suddenly the guy gets this super nervous look all over his face like he's dealing with the real deal. Then he goes hide with a gun, comes up to an unarmed Seagal who is breathing heavily and looks like he wants to sit down, and suddenly decide to put his gun down and instead do this sword fight where he's unable to hit a bloated, large man who can barely swing his arm fast enough. Also, strangely I never got the initial church scene. I had to rewind it and my dvd copy did not have him going to the church but somehow later in the film the brother and the lady are there and they all seem to know each other.

I watched this particular video about 3 times already. I never laughed so hard before in my life.

There was! But it involved a weird sword patty cake slap fight scene. @ryanjones4150

The problem is even though Seagal was trying to be noble, it's essentially what he did given all that happened. He disobeyed a direct order to stand by, he went in shooting wildly into a room, then ordered the strike anyways, then as the strike came, he decides to pull this girl that he's the cause of.
