Nobody gave an adequate explanation as to why they're stuck there. I don't see anything in the video or anything in any article that can explain it. It seems like if people started to move everything would get going.

@rwhirsch it took a while to find some explanation but it sounds like there were some disabled trucks on the highway. Still doesn't adequately explain why it took over 12 hours to clear it but I guess that's the only plausible thing I heard.
