@andyanderson5637 yeah, that's true. It's probably going to shift to the person who bought the fireworks rather than the incompetent police. It happens all the time in other areas like that one time the police bust the door down in the wrong house and shot the home owner and rather than being held accountable, they just said the officer was justified.
