  1. The problem with these kinds of things is that customer isn't going to care about the employee who body slammed her. Instead she's going straight to the company to settle for a large paycheck when she started it all. Sure she had a right to be upset about getting charged wrong but doing two wrongs don't mean she gets to walk out with a paycheck and he goes to jail.

  2.  @jacobkadar4519  regardless she’s going to go after Popeyes for a huge paycheck. She probably doesn’t care what happens to this guy. In that regard I don’t think she should get anything since civil court isn’t based on legal or not. She did wrong and she can’t be compensated for that wrong.
