The problem with these things is that at one end yes, it's heartless that especially when someone has no place to go. However, on the other hand, these people will come uninvited and want you to give them something. I'm willing to bet if I was a business owner and I went outside and said, "Hey look I'm not giving you free food but if you come and work for me I'll pay you a bit more than I would normally. Will you work for me?" I'm betting they'd say no and just stay right out there.

@William_Lexwell I'm betting if he was the carwash owner and he said, "look you guys sleep here everynight, how about I offer you a job, pay you a bit more than I would normally, and you guys can use a cot inside if you want. What do you say?" And I'm willing to bet they'd say no and keep on staying right there.

@gabrielbaker7250 go ahead and adopt him as the unruly senior of the household. He'll come downstairs and talk about how your cooking sucks and you'll be in tears but the homeless bum will comfort you and say, "there there, btw can you spot me 50?"

@IFartOnMyNutz69 yes I worked with homeless folks for a number of years. Thought I was volunteering to help better society but i found those that met unfortunate circumstances will get out of it on their own but people who constantly come in are doing so to remain homeless.
