  1. It creates this sense of terror and hopelessness. They tell you to lock up, they control everything, you can't go to the store, or even your own backyard. The idea is to create fear and panic then they do an outright ban and they continue to do these things. Set up checkpoints, require IDs or be sent to camps, and so on.  @RqediSahleer
