  1. I’m not making this up and you can watch the original video but Biden prior to that statement mumbled for a good 5 seconds and paused for a few seconds then blurted out this statement. This is getting sad and honestly I think the media shouldn’t poke fun of him but honestly he needs to consider dropping out or at least changing his VP pick. It’s clear Jill is running things and not Biden.
