What a great guy: he sends a mascot to the hospital, then goes and have at it with some random lady. Sounds like a real winner.

The way the jurors were instructed would make him fail no matter what. They don't have to be unanimous at all.

Any person, especially a parent, would have a difficult time having a straight face for this sort of case. However, I think she should have held everything back until the guilty verdict came then she can lay the hammer down on this clown. I think her only issue is that she showed all this emotion, and obvious bias, well before the guilty verdict came in and yes, for that, I do agree that she was a bit unprofessional.

@andrrew7650 yes it was scripted. Everyone had their part in the skit. However, it looks like Conor was either a bad actor or didn't understood where his head would be in the suit but he clearly punched him hard in the face. Enough to send him to the hospital.

Well no.... a judge is supposed to be impartial to the case. She's supposed to give both sides enough room to make their case and allow for a fair trial. She almost caused a mistrial had Cruz been given the death penalty. He could be walking free now, and that would be worse and she'd be hated even more. The point is that yes, it is understandable that this case in particular is horrible but a judge is supposed to remain as professional and impartial as possible following everything to the letter and making sure that the trial is fairly give for both sides. If the case made such an emotional impact for her, she should have excused herself from overseeing the trial and asked for someone else to take over.

@andrrew7650 I don't think they can hear the guy or even know he was injured at that time. It's very loud and a lot of things going on. Also a few of the people in on the skit seems to be surprised by how hard he got hit. That lady and one dude seemed to pause for a second before continuing their part of the skit. The show must go on is normally what a good stage person does no matter what happens. I've seen people fall off stages and people continue on with the show despite someone getting severely injured so it's no surprise they dragged him off as part of their act.

I wonder if she made any media posts after or even from jail? She’s like omg you guys I’m totally rocking this jailhouse jumpsuit it’s so hot!

Honestly I don't even want to vote this November for either side. They're both out of touch with reality.

The DNA evidence will be the real nail on the coffin but yes I heard in other videos that there are recordings of him entering the bathroom with her.

I’m guessing his behavior wasn’t exactly civil when he went downstairs to discuss the music. Plus he could have been playing it at a level that you could just barely hear it over the ceilings.
3
He’s not.

@michaelchen3765 sure but I don't know enough to really make a case for it. I just know what this judge did but I do think she had the most power over this case than the defense lawyers did. If the other lawyers were that unprofessional then hopefully they will be dealt with and maybe they did and it never got on the news since they're not as high profile as the judge was.
2
Why? If they made the arrest based on what they knew at the time, then she really has no case against the news or PD. The news report what the PD said, and the PD base their arrest on whatever facts they had available at the time.

I don't know if I was 13 and my coach said she/he would participate in the game I probably wouldn't think it was "wrong" just "weird."

To attract these jobs, some places are calling them engineers or technicians. It's a minimum wage job that sounds pretty fancy.

why not? 1000s of Vietnamese fled Vietnam during the Saigon evacuation. They're some of the hardest working people in the country. If they weren't here you'd never have dry cleaners or Pho noodle shops. @kokobain

@jacobsmith15 I just think he misunderstood where his head was. I don’t think he meant to hit him in the face but regardless if it was an honest accident he should at least pay any sort of medical bill and maybe offer him a free ticket to his match.

Never knew onlyfans was considered a dating site.

Yeah it’s ideal to use online as a supplement to dating organically. However I did met my girlfriend online and we been dating nearly a year. It’s been magical. @indiesindie1984

Let's say the defense won, and Cruz walked free. She gets up and hugs the defense team. Would you feel the same way?
1
@GhostCoFugitiveApprehension agreed. Florida doesn’t like weird or non-white criminals and will get them to the fullest. But pretty young white woman? She’ll be out in no time.

There was one time a McDonald’s took my card out of my sight and I went right into my app and froze the card and got a new one. Most banks have apps to freeze your card and most banks will give you a new debit card on the spot.

If this was California the home owner would have been arrested and charged for not helping. That’s how stupid America got.
1
@oneofyaboys yes I’m not going to court for that guy. I’d be wasting so much of my time and energy and i have no idea if he’s “innocent” of whatever that happened. Best to not answer and say you didn’t hear anything. These days it’s not a good idea to get involved with gang shootings considering your name, face and address are shown for all.

Do you know if this is a civil or a criminal lawsuit that's about to happen? In a criminal lawsuit, they bring charges against Conor and determine if he's guilty. They would never ask him to pay the victim any money. On a civil case though, yes money sum could be asked because normally you say someone did something to you and monies is owed. So it's unclear thus far exactly what is going on here.
1
@sd1660 I did watch the trial and honestly I still have no idea what he did wrong exactly. Plus even the person who supposedly got the money wasn't very convincing in terms of explaining how it all went down or anything.
1
@Autohagiographer23 a unanimous verdict is what I think should be the main change. The judge instructed the jurors that they did not need ALL to agree on it only that a good ratio of them to find him guilty. Would you find it fair if you went on a trial and you hear the judge tell your jurors that? You know you'd be screwed.
1
@Autohagiographer23 and as you said you just took it for someone’s else word too. He actually spoke it. Right from his mouth.
1
@Autohagiographer23 searched what? CNN? Anyway I’m not in either side. I’m not voting for any of these clowns. Biden is going to cause ww3 and Trump will just cause a clown circus. However even I can see got thrown under the bus and the judge told the jurors to vote partially.
1
Indeed. The only thing I'm thankful is that Cruz is remaining in prison with the verdict that was given. I do understand that the judge was emotional and like any normal person she found Cruz disgusting. She should have waited until the guilty verdict came, then she is open to laying down the law on that clown and even calling him out for his actions. But she did it well before and as such that showed bias and that is bad when you're considered innocent until proven guilty.
1
She's supposed to be impartial to both sides and insuring that the defense gets a fair trial. Our constitution protects individuals who commit crimes and ensure that they get a fair hearing. While it is understandable that Cruz no doubt did the crime and no doubt should be punished, the judge is not supposed to be against him. She's very lucky this wasn't a death penalty case as it would have no doubt allowed Cruz to get off free on a mistrial because the judge was obviously biased. I'm all for punishing criminals but a judge shouldn't be on anyone's side since this is a case that is set in front of 12 jurors who need to make a wise decision. Lucky for her they did and that can be upheld.

I'm reading over the list, and wow, what a haul! She was carrying expensive jewelry, watches, laptops, and various other things of very high value. I would say no doubt it is a ring going on here. It would start at the TSA check in knowing what she had or she had to have opened the bag to retrieve something and someone noticed. That's only assuming she's not scamming the airline herself with all these bogus items in her bag.
