  3. Unfortunately they have government protection from lawsuits. If in 20-30 years from now they find out the vaccine causes cancer or other ailments, the only way we can hope for any sort of help would be if the government passes some sort of bill. You can't take these big pharma companies to court but they made billions, if not trillions from this.

  6. The problem is every thing the "experts" been saying has shown to be false. Look at various countries where they are in complete lockdown and have a very high vaccine rate. Israel is a great example and one place that is frequently used by the left's push to get people to get vaccinated. They are right now suffering from a very high spread rate and a very high positivity rate. Point is the vaccine isn't stopping the spread of the virus at all. All it is doing is making the government that much more powerful. Had we not had a two party system in this country then we would have seen a much worse lockdown and much worse infection rate.

  8.  @justafanatic  The problem is that he died in a questionable prison system in a country known to be overtaken by cartels. It's very plausible that a hit happened and ultimately the government didn't want to look bad that a prisoner died in their care, especially a high profile one, so they made up a story about suicide.

  10. You have to look at the sequence of events as they unfolded. He was to be extradited to the US soon and it could be that he knew he was facing a very long prison sentence. Even if it was just for 5 years, he'd be 80 years old before coming out of prison. He'd be a old man, and probably unable to enjoy any sort of retirement at that age like he can now. So it's reasonable to assume he killed himself knowing that he'd probably die in prison.

  11.  @GhostInPajamas  and with those kinds of guns, the Queen of England was able to rule with an iron fist because no one was able to even defend himself against the government. One should imagine a world where a 1 shot weapon was capable of making an entire world crumble to its knee of tyranny. In today's word., the government can take over with automatic guns, plans, cannons, and vastly other things. The constitution should be updated so the militia (citizens of the USA) has equal balance with what the government has.

  12. He did a lot more than that. He has done a lot of real estate investments into New York City having built a lot of apartments/condos and breathing life into a city that was once packed with crime. Trump was one of many developers who if not came, would mean NYC might be like Detroit.

  13. Because Biden is a democrat, the media is making it out like everyone is going to accept the vaccine. If this was Trump, the media would be bashing him and the entire GOP for not stopping him. The headlines would read, "Trump takes dangerous vaccine ahead of millions of others because he's a republican." They'd be showing numerous senators and house members coming on interviews about how they tried to tell Trump.

  15. I'm all for smart COVID-19 restrictions. At the same time it comes down to personal responsibilities. I don't want covid-19 so I don't go to bars, restaurants, gyms, etc. I'm not going to tell these places to shut down because I don't want to go there.

  16. This is vastly different from what the CDC and Dr Clownchi told the public just last month. He said wear a mask because the you can still spread the virus. On top of that, he said we might need one more "booster" shot in the fall to protect us from the variant. Now he's saying go ahead and take your mask off and go commando.   18. Yep, it's amazing. You have to also consider the money source. Nursing homes gave Como millions of dollars during his election. He paid that back by granting them immunity and on top of that allowing elderly people with covid-19 return back to the nursing homes causing everyone to die. Bars did not give Como any large amount of money and is mostly regulated by the ABC. With that in mind, look at how he treats them. We live in a political environment where favors and immunities are granted to those who pay. Regular people are left to the mercy of the government. What kind of America is that?

  22.  @nicholasmorello6370  that’s not what is going to happen though. You see how taxes work is you pay a percent up to an amount depending on your bracket. So to “tax the rich” what they do is increase this margin a little so the tax brackets falls slightly outside of where they are now and what really happens is billionaires still pay the same tax since only the first few hundred grands are only increased in rates whereas for normal people you pay a much higher tax because you’d make less. Let’s go brandon!
