I read through the details of the accident and unless I'm missing something big here I'm not sure why Hussain was even charged in the first place? The owners of the limo company and the company that repaired the limo should all be charged. The limo company failed to inspect their vehicles and went to questionable shops that allowed corroded parts to remain. The brakes failed and that was the direct cause of this crash. Hussain was driving at a high rate of speed but the crash was a result of a failed brake that would have even failed had be been going just 60 mph and probably still would have killed or injured multiple people as a result of that.

@paiger2651 that makes a lot of sense they never really explained his role in all this and you’d have to go out of your way to find the full story.
