I'm doubting they laughed at her because she's disabled or that she had trouble. Sometimes people's first reaction to a bad situation is to smile or laugh because they're not sure what to do. It doesn't mean they're heartless or that they are poking fun of her.

@kris-tkris-t3271 yes Disney staff deal with disabled people all day. They go through sensitivity training and follow strict rules. A lot of children with disabilities come in and this is literally the last trip they’ll make and it’s hard to believe staff would just laugh at some large woman falling.
