  3. I agree with you. However, I think Kathryn was more humiliated that she could not have gone on the ride with her friends. Let me ask you this though... if you and your group of friends, who you know have downs was going to go on this ride and they said no, would you still get on it while leaving your friend on the side to watch? I wouldn't. I would tell the operator that she is fully capable of understanding and that I will be with her and if they still refused, big middle finger would be pointed at them while I left with my friend. I think had that happened, her parents and Kathryn herself would not have been troubled by it.

  5. Knowing how the justice system works, they probably would have all been charged too. Even though they probably would have been fired and without a job, they could hae just said no and left.
