  1. It's very much be careful what you wish for. For the average pub or club musician, some gentle autotune does wonders, as do looper pedals, pedal board style amps etc. I'm in favour of that. But when "professionals" artists or studios overuse this technology it becomes so "plastic" and sounds dreadful. I don't understand why this music sells? But hey, I don't understand Rap and Hip-hop either. I must be old.
