The idea that because Trump supported Hillary almost a decade ago he's not a rightist or the people who support him and who he has named to his cabinet are not rightists is idiotic. They are using the government to squash free speech--that is an actual First Amendment violation. We're talking about NOW not a decade ago.

  6. If Trump actually does manage to change the First Amendment so he can sue news organizations that he doesn't like--that will have long lasting ramification on free speech. If this woman is actually put in jail for laughing at Jeff Session that is a huge violation of free speech. These college students that people on this channel are always freaking out about haven't even been able to prevent anyone from speaking at Berkeley.

  7. No. What's going on at Berkeley is free speech. They haven't been able to prevent anyone from speaking -- not Milo, not Ann Coulter. What the President and the RIGHT WING government is doing right now will have an actual effect on things going forward. The students at Berkeley (as opposed to the violent anarchist thugs who should all be in jail) are exercising their freedom of speech and, like it or not, that is their right. What Trump and his administration is doing will limit free speech for all of us.

  8. She wasn't prevented from speaking, it's just that she already got the publicity she wanted so she didn't have to bother. She is really only in it for the attention. She has very little of value to say.
