  4. I just can't agree that controls of the system lead to the problems. We had far more instability before these were put in place and the market once again became unstable when we removed controls. History does not bear out what he's arguing.

  5. A flat tax is not really equal. 10% of someone who makes 20k per year is a much bigger slice than someone who makes 50 million.
