Problem is, lots of people out here choose this lifestyle. So what governments in California are doing now is, offering people that housing assistance and then basically forcing them into it. What do you do when they refuse housing and prefer to drift around up and down the coast, camping in parks and at the beach?

  47. ​ @WarmongerYT  The only reason liberal cities have more of that problem is that they are "liberal", as in they help people, rather than export them to other areas like in republican areas. You think all the homeless out here are locals? They all came from Texas and Missouri and Minnesota and all over the place, where governments arent so friendly towards homeless, and where the weather isnt a year round paradise like it is out here.
