@alf4fo he wasn't arrested for the gun possession, he was arrested for murder.

@alf4fo so if he has a lousy attorney and gets the wrong judge, he could go to prison for murder.

@alf4fo I guess it depends on the judge. It just seems absurd to me that he would be charged with murder at all.
