  12.  @Maxxroadrash  I guess voting republican gives you a higher homicide rate. The rate in Louisiana is about 3 times higher than the rate in California. All 8 of the highest homicide rates in America are in red states.

Do you have special prisons for your homeless veterans, or do they just get thrown in with the general population?
