I rent an apartment by choice, it's easier to maintain than a house. No wonder you don't like the state, you were stuck down there in the city. Gotta get out and travel more, maybe you wouldn't think it was such a toilet. I noticed you didn't tell me where you live now, it must be pretty bad there

  5.  @mtnride4930  I live in north California, far north of San Francisco. Redwood forest. You also never told me where you live so I assume you live in that volkswagon. Good luck with that. My apartment is more of a condominium, not a typical apartment you may be thinking of. It's not in a building like you see down there in the city.

  9.  @mtnride4930  check out Ferndale, California and tell me it's a toilet. or Smith River, maybe if you like to fish. or Etna or Montague, out in Siskiyou county, or Mt. Shasta, or Napa, or June Lake up in the Sierras. "toilet" hahaha you won't even say where you live..... must be pretty bad
