@jeffreyhusack2400 Storms like this don't hit down there very often at all, so I assumed you'd be more prepared than they are. I was just talking about a little comet, not a planet-destroyer. Lots of people down there are on vacation, there are a lot of rentals in the area. Ski resort towns. Can't prep too much if you're in an Air B&B for the weekend

Yep, same with all you people who live in tornado and hurricane country. We are tired of bailing you people out down in Texas and Florida

@Choppa778 Seems about the same to me. Texas has been getting caught with their pants down every winter, last few years. Having to declare a state of emergency and all. This will pass quickly, like the ice storms in texas do. Not the end of the world like the media portrays it

yep I say the same thing when you people get stranded and your neighborhoods demolished by hurricanes and tornados every year. Hilarious, you people can't take care of yourselves

@scottprather5645 I know of several houses and businesses that have collapsed under the snow. The grocery store in Crestline was destroyed. There are a lot of retired folks up in those mountains. Of course most of them will survive, it's just a snowstorm
