  2. I volunteer at a farm stand seasonally and we press a lot of apple cider. Particular apple varieties are very waxy, so much that your hands will be coated and sticky after handling them. Im skeptical about how widespread the wax-spraying practice is, given how waxy apples are naturally

  3. First, most apples have natural wax on them. Eating it will not give you cancer. Second, unless you're boiling your apples, you're not removing the wax by eating them
