I had a skin rash in the early days of lockdown ( April) no other symptoms but I was so itchy I did damage to my skin in my sleep what helped was cleansing with witch hazel followed by calamine lotion after it dried and taking benedryl at night. the rash was right over my heart and took about a month to go completely away. The rash was also warm and raised off my skin. Hope this helps someone
