@MOME914 In your warped view, the robbers and terrorists don't have any responsibility for using human shields. All accidental collateral damage can only be blamed on cops and soldiers.

@MOME914 If SWAT storms a bank where robbers have hostages, then are the robbers or the cops responsible for any hostages that die in the shootout?

@MOME914 You can if the murder is in a war zone. There isn't any internal standard that requires Israel to check every room to see if militants brought their kids to militant tunnels and ammunition depots.
