  22. The use of air power is somewhat exaggerated. Russian fortification wasn't going to be smashed by 4th generation aircraft. A supply of tanks, artillery shells, and long-range missiles showed up too late and in limited stock.

  27. I feel like cyber attacks would ensure mutually assured destruction for everyone except North Korea. Attacking utilities and hospitals is just too easy for states to do, so a cyber war would just result in all participants being without electricity, clean water, and other basic necessities.
