You can't say Ukraine lost the battle until either their forces take enough casualties to lose offensive capabilities or they fail to break through the line by the time mud season hits. The decisive moment doesn't happen until Ukraine commits most of its forces to the assault.

@MartinMaarva Ukraine has multi-party elections with peaceful transfers of power. Criticism of the government is also constitutional protected. Meanwhile, Putin hasn't left power for three decades while his opposition tend to end up "in fatal car wrecks", "falling off balconies", "mysterious being poisoned", "committing suicide", or put in a gulag on trumped up charges. Russia also arrests anyone who protests or criticizes the government.

@hieubui9542 The maternity and children's hospital in Mariupol is one example off the top of my head. Don't forget about all the bombed hospitals in Syria and Chechnya and Syria.

@milaro222 It is a pretty dumb argument to claim there is a linear correlation with ammo spent and casualties. It completely ignores precision. For example, a single bullet from a sniper could have the save impact of several clips from a machine gun.
