  2. @garretthayes9392  We have an annual military budget of over $800,000 billion to protect our national security interests across the world. At 3% of that budget and no American lives at risk, we can destroy Russia's capability to pose a serious threat to our economic/security interests in Europe. From a fiscal standpoint, this is a bargain for American. You also have to consider most of the aid is cold war stockpiles, and most of America's spending is American made replacements for our forces.
