  1. I feel like cyber attacks would ensure mutually assured destruction for everyone except North Korea. Attacking utilities and hospitals is just too easy for states to do, so a cyber war would just result in all participants being without electricity, clean water, and other basic necessities.

  3. Honestly, like their traditional military capabilities, Russia's cyber capabilities are overestimated. Just look out how little they were able to do against Ukraine.

  5.  @BaconGold790  The difficulty is that there are ways into a closed system. Hackers not look to introduce viruses into the systems of less secure contractors. If that doesn't work, then go after the contractors' contractors. Just look what Stuxnet did to a closed system.
