  7. What is with the Russian fallacy about their population size directly translating to troop size? Russians will not accept mobilization like Ukrainians do. There is a cap to the amount of troops Russia can afford to recruit. Russians see this as a poor man's war to fight, while Ukraine is mobilizing the entire male population of a certain age.
