Nope. *Georgia didn't modernize like Ukraine. *Georgia doesn't have an easy supply route for weapons like Ukraine. *Georgia doesn't have the advantage of a large territory and large population like Ukraine. *NATO doesn't have a lot of spare weaponry to give. While Russia has never been weaker, Georgia would not win the conflict. Their best bet is to act when the Kremlin is distracted with internal issues like a coup attempt.

Those countries are poor, because Russia keeps sending in troops to destabilize them. If Russia would just stop using violence to stop trade with the EU, then these countries wouldn't be as poor as most Russians.
