  2.  @fragmentsofthemind  Honestly, the last one is a bit nuts. I live in Texas and I have a concealed handgun license that I had to get by proving that I could hit a target. Now we have any idiot who can buy a gun legally carry a concealed handgun. These idiots are just as likely to hit an active as anyone in the general area behind them. It would be like waiving the requirement of teenage drivers from taking the driver's test.
