  3. ​ @PaulV.  Russian state-owned military companies are going bankrupt as labor and smuggled parts are getting too expensive to sell to the Russian state, and they can no longer sell it profitable to the international market. This bankruptcies mean Russian state-owned banks no longer have the capital to keep operating. This is why the Russian government is bailing out State Banks with government money. Meanwhile, the state-owned oil companies that fund all this inefficiencies is losing capacity to Ukrainian attacks on oil infrastructure. I'm not sure how sustainable this is.
