Stop the Russian propaganda. FARA requires people to register if they are lobbying the US government on behalf of foreign entities. The law does not include news or press services not owned by the foreign principal.

No one wants to cut down on Russian oil as the supply shock to the market will drive prices up. The idea is to cut Russian revenue. This means that Russia is allowed to sell their oil, but it has to be at a huge discount. Even India and China are following a Russian price cap.

@ibrahimtouman2279 Do you seriously think China and India are going to pay the market rate for Russian oil? Every sanction and every price cap have been used by China and India to force Russia to give an even bigger discount. They don't truly support Russia, but they will take advantage of the country as long as Russia is desperate for buyers.
