  2.  Dan2314 Wonderluck  No human rights organization has ever said that locking up criminals is a human right violation unless they do so without due process. Unlike in China and Russia, no government body can put in America you in prison without due process. All the war stuff is the same false propaganda that Chinese/Russian trolls plaster all over the internet without any proof or examples. It is also sad that these countries feel justified victimizing their own people by saying "well'l, America is bad too".

  3. Russia is losing its spheres of influence due its small economic power. Eastern Europe is aligning more and more to the EU and central Asia is aligning more and more with China. Russia is going to have to align with Europe or China to stay relevant, or the country is just going to use asymmetric attacks to punish anyone who tries to leave mother Russia's sphere. As long as Putin is in power, it is going to be the choice that seems more like a tantrum about Russia's irrelevance.

  6.  @alexlazar4738  Everyone has the right to a jury of their peers. It is a choose instead of a requirement. Since trials are expensive and risky, prosecutors will offer lighter sentences to the alleged criminal to avoid a trial. If the defendent doesn't like the offer he can always without exception choose a jury trial. If you think this is the same as an authoritarian government like China where a judge and prosecution work together to have a 99.99% conviction rating, then there is no helping you.
