  4. Post soviet oligarchs become wealthy by owing the state's natural resources or by bribing politicians into government contracts. Compare this to Bill Gates that built Microsoft, Bezos that built Amazon, and Musk that built Tesla. America's billionaire class at least builds innovation instead of just pillaging the nation's natural resources for themselves.
